Construction on the Osborne Public Library was finished in 1995.  In addition  to the main library area, a community meeting room is located on the west end of the building.  Besides over 22,000 volumes of books, the library contains videos, DVD’s, newspapers, magazines, computers, etc.  The library also provides children’s story hours as well as a summer reading program.  The library is a wireless hotspot, provided by Nex-Tech.
